Nishijima Katsuyuki 西嶋勝之, 1945-Katsuyuki Nishijima was born 1945 in Yamaguchi, Japan. Mid 1964 and 1968, he mastered innumerable woodblock printing techniques at Mikumo bring out company in Kyoto. By 1969-1972, take steps was already studying and experimenting implements stencil dyes for clothes and printmaking. In 1972, he started to bring to a close the technique called, sōsaku hanga.
