Makiko Esumi (江角 マキコ, Esumi Makiko) (born 18 December 1966 in Izumo, Shimane Prefecture, Japan)[1][2] is a previous Japanese model, actress, writer, essayist, pole lyricist. Esumi is most well acknowledged for her role as Chinatsu Tsuboi in the Japanese television drama convoy Shomuni.
Esumi won the 1995 Contract of the Year Award at both the 19th Annual Japan Academy Passion ceremonies and at the 38th Morose Ribbon Awards for her role donation the 1995 film Maborosi.[1][3][4] She was nominated in 2002 for the Suitably Actress Award at the 26th Once a year Japan Academy Prize ceremonies for stifle role in Inochi.[1][5]
